As of approximately 11:00 AM we are experiencing a power-related service interruption in the canyon along NM-68. This outage affects approximately 30 people. We are working on a solution now, we do not have an estimated time of resolution.
There is a power outage in Espanola affecting our upstream fiber provider’s link to our tower in one location. We have notified them as their battery backup ran out. Our equipment is up and running on backup links but there is not enough bandwidth available to serve all customers at normal levels. We are awaiting restoration of power to the affected upstream provider’s equipment. The issue should be resolved when power is restored.
Our White Rock tower has had an equipment failure at approximately 14:30. We are en route to troubleshoot and fix, ETR 17:30. Thank you all for your patience.
We will be performing critical infrastructure upgrades on Saturday 19 December from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM (15:00). Service will be offline for approximately 60-120 minutes in that window.

Service has been restored for affected customers.
We are preparing to head out there now and charge it with a generator. This affects some customers, only in Espanola.
We have just been made aware of a REDI Net emergency outage for today, Friday November 20th, from 5PM to 6PM local time. Service will be unavailable for clients at this time.
Thank you for your understanding as REDI Net works to make their network more stable. Below is the information we received:
Scope of work: RediNet will be performing emergency router maintenance in Espanola to ensure continued service and reliability. This emergency maintenance is estimated to last up to 30 minutes beginning at 5pm Mountain. We reserve the entire maintenance window for any unforeseen issues. This maintenance will be service affecting during hardware reboots.
We will be closed on Thursday and Friday November 26th and 27th for Thanksgiving.

Due to COVID concerns, routers normally installed on the inside of the home will be installed in one of three ways:
On the exterior of the home in a sealed container housing all normally-indoor equipment
On the interior of the home through a vertical sliding window and supports to prop the window open
On the interior of the home through a 1/2in hole drilled through one exterior wall and sealed
For options 2 and 3, you will be asked to plug in the router and ethernet cable under the direction of the installer.
We are seeing loss of connection to Las Lomas apartments this morning, it looks like there may have been cable damage last night. We will be rolling out to inspect this issue and get Las Lomas back online shortly.
EDIT - We are back online as of approximately 10:45 AM.
There are widespread issues with many services including Google this morning, and the issue appears to be outside our network, as many people are reporting similar issues. You can watch the status of this issue using a service like https://downdetector.com. The issue seems to be limited to the IPv4 internet, as we are seeing these services working correctly on IPv6 at this time. It looks like an internet backbone routing issue somewhere but we do not know which service or entity is causing it at this time.
UPDATE: This issue appears to have been resolved.

As of this morning our transport provider has resolved all issues from yesterday. There are no known outages at this time. Thank you for your patience. We continue to work to add redundancy to our network so that we do not depend on any one third-party provider.
We are currently experiencing an outage in Dixon, Embudo, and Rinconada. We are investigating possible causes and will update here as we know more.

As of about 02:40 this morning our Chamisa Elementary location in White Rock is down due to an unknown connection issue with our transport provider REDI Net. They are investigating and we are waiting to hear back.
EDIT 14:50 - REDI Net has an individual heading to the trouble site at this time. As we know more, we will provide an update here.
Despite a generator charge yesterday afternoon it appears the cold and darkness have taken the High School water tank tower down. We are headed there ASAP this morning with a generator to get it back online.
