Radio firmware issue affecting parts of Espanola and Alcalde, downgrade in progress

A recent firmware update to some of our equipment serving Espanola and Alcalde is causing intermittent connection issues, we are downgrading now to address this issue. It will result in brief outages of 1-5 minutes around 5:20PM on October 1st.
